- the full period lasts from August 20 to January 31;
- from this period until September 30, you can hunt adults, as well as breeding animals;
- Moose of any gender and age can be hunted from October 1 to December 31.
The price of hunting for elk is determined taking into account the cost of shooting a particular animal. Young animals, for example, are estimated to be more than 2 times less. Injury for reasonable reasons is cheaper than shooting. From August 20 to September 30, the use of a pen and dogs is not allowed. Such methods, in addition to the approach and ambush, become available only from the beginning of October until the end of December. From an ambush, a rifle version of hunting for a large mammal is used. Mainly, rifled and smoothbore rifles are used, in which cartridges equipped with a bullet are used. As an option, it is possible to use a crossbow and a bow for fans of the corresponding non-shooting weapons.
